Tuk Tuk Scooters offers discounts to Low Income users who meet the eligibility criteria. This makes safe, green, and socially-distant transport an option for everyone. You simply need to explain why you are eligible. You can be unemployed or receive government support such as a discounted pass for public transport or universal credit. For information on qualifying forms of identification, please see below. These details must be accurate and the responses to this form are legally binding. Acceptable forms of ID: This includes a driver's license, identification card from the state, or passport. A proof of enrollment in a program for public benefits include: SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Medicaid, Low-rate utility bills (e.g. California Care Assistance), School lunches (NSLP) are free or reduced Program for reducing transit fare, Supplemental income from Social Security, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC), for Women, Infants and Children Housing subsidies, Both your ID and proof that you have enrolled in public benefits must show your legal name.
